After purchasing the download product, an email will be sent with a link to the download file and a serial key. Download the file to your computer and run the file to install the game. After installation, run the program and enter the serial key to unlock the product.
Problem: The email with the download link and serial key was not received.
If you do not receive a second email after purchase with the download link and serial key, please check your spam folder. Some email clients may be filtering out this email due to the download link to the executable game file.
Problem: During installation, AVG Anti-Virus gives a Win32/Heur virus alert.
This is due to a conflict with certain versions of our copy protection system. We have been in touch with AVG and we expect an update will be created to resolve this conflict with the heuristics used in their software. To play our product please follow the following steps:
- Click on the AVG icon in the system tray.
- Double-click on 'Resident Shield'.
Uncheck 'Resident Shield active' and press 'save changes'.
In case the file has already been moved to the virus vault, please perform the following steps:
- In the AVG Program, choose the "Virus Vault" option from the "History" menu.
- Locate the file that was incorrectly removed and select it (one click).
- Click on the "Restore" button.
The game can now be played. When you have finished playing, please remember to re-enable resident shield.
